This site is run by COORD LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 15807626, with its registered office at 57 Lavender Avenue, Mitcham, England, CR4 3HL. We are the data controller, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under ZC096755.

If you fill in the contact form we collect your name, your work email address, the size of your company, and whatever you write in the message. That is the only place on this site that asks you for anything.

Our host records the ordinary technical information any web server records when a page is requested, including the address the request came from. We do not combine it with anything else or use it to work out who you are.

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tag manager, which is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. Even the typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font provider.

The one exception is a video. Episode pages show a still image until you press play, and only then load the player, which is served by YouTube through its no cookie domain. From the moment you press play, YouTube's own privacy terms apply to that request as well as ours.

When you send an enquiry we rely on legitimate interests. You have asked us to get in touch and replying is the obvious use of what you sent. Our interest in answering does not override your rights, and you can ask us to stop at any point.

Server logs rest on the same basis, in keeping the site available and secure.

This site is hosted by Vercel, which processes requests on our behalf and holds the server logs described above.

We do not sell what you send us, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and nothing you write to us is used to train a model.

We keep enquiries until you ask us to delete them, or until two years after we last spoke, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept for as long as our host retains them for security and diagnostics.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to us and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have got something wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you told us first, so that we can put it right.
